(Mutual of Omaha Headquarters) in Omaha, NE. New construction of
a 677-foot tall tower in downtown to replace midtown headquarters. Was on primary
design team from conceptual design through construction administration, aiding in
designing and developing multiple tower schemes for client presentation, production of
drawing sets at major project milestones, and working with the client and consultant
team to realize the design.

600 Fifth repositioning an existing office building in Judiciary Square in Washington,
D.C. Existing building is 8 stories, repositioned building reclads exisiting structure and
increases height to 12 stories. Primarily working construction administration for the
project including aiding in processing submittals, RFI’s, shop drawings, field reports
from site visits, and review for final selection and presentation of materials.
